The Second Emergency Social Protection Implementation Support Project (ESPISP II) is part of the Trust Fund for Lebanon. The project main objective is to improve administration, delivery, financial sustainability, and targeting of social services through implementation of new systems and the adoption of new policies in the MOPH. Accordingly, the efficiency of MOPH expenditures and the quality of services for citizens in the provision of health insurance will improve.
The project main objectives are:
Establishment of a modern utilization management function.
Design of modern hospital contracts based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Automation of the pre-authorization and claims processing system (visa billing system).
