The information office of the Ministry of Public Health issued the following statement:
In response to the news circulated on the reasons behind the death of the Palestinian child Mohamed Majdi Wehbeh and following the immediate investigations undertaken by the Ministry of Public Health and its communication with UNRWA that provides medical assistance to Palestine refugees in Lebanon, the following was found:
  • 11/08/2018 Wehbeh had undergone a brain surgery in Hammoud Hospital.
  • 14/09/2018 he had undergone another brain surgery in Hammoud Hospital.
