Referral of "Bay Rock" Restaurant to the Public Prosecution Appeal
أحالت وزارة الصحة العامة الى النيابة العامة الاستئنافية مطعم في الروشة لاتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة بحقه وإقفاله بالشمع الاحمر، بعدما رفض صاحبه الامتثال لتعليمات مراقبة وزارة الصحة بالتوقف عن العمل لحين استيفاء الشروط المطلوبة والتعرض لها بكلام مسيء، على اثر القيام بالكشف على المطعم حيث تبين انه غير مستوف للشروط الصحية المطلوبة وشروط النظافة كما ان البضائع المعروضة فيه غير صالحة للاستهلاك.
