The Minister of Public Health Dr. Hamad Hasan held within the last few days several meetings with the High Commissioner for Refugees, Doctors without Borders Organization, the International Red Cross, the UNRWA and other international organizations. The meetings aimed at following up on the matters of the Syrian and Palestinian refugees in order to meet their health and social needs.

Minister Hasan stressed on the need to respond to the plan of the ministry by working on the equipment of field hospitals and securing ventilators as soon as possible.

The representatives of the international organizations informed Minister Hasan that unequipped premises of hospitals can be handed over to that end.
Minister Hasan reminded that fulfilling the needs of the Palestinian and Syrian refugees is a common responsibility.
