PCR Tests Administered at the Justice Palace in Zahleh and the Different Governmental Hospitals
A team from the Epidemiological Surveillance Unit of the Ministry of Public Health administered PCR tests at the Justice Palace in Zahleh on judges, workers and soldiers who came into contact with the soldier who works in the palace and found to have caught COVID-19. These tests performed at the Palace of Justice aimed at detecting the positive cases and isolating them to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
The Ministry of Public health is overseeing all the tests carried out on people who came into contact with positive cases and on suspected cases in the different governmental hospitals in the governorates and the Lebanese regions. The tests that were performed for free at the expense of the ministry help trace the size of the outbreak in Lebanon and take the necessary measures.
