  1. The Government of Lebanon has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lebanon Health Resilience Project (LHRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Installation of Negative Pressure Systems. 
  2. The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health now invites quotations from eligible Bidders for installing negative pressure systems at one of four public hospitals as follows:
- Baalbeck Public Hospital
- Chebaa Public Hospital
- Kherbet Kanafar Public Hospital
- Mays Al Jabal Public Hospital
within a period not exceeding two weeks from contract signature.
  1. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

  1. The quotation in English may be obtained by interested suppliers upon the submission of a written request to the address below. The document will be sent by electronic mail.
  2. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, April 26, 2021 at 13:00 local time. Quotations by email are acceptable. Late Bids will be rejected.
