Since February 21 to March 13, 2020 at noon, the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lebanon has reached 77, including the cases that were diagnosed at Rafik Hariri University Hospital and the cases reported by other University hospitals.

The Ministry of Public Health announces also that an employee working at the Central Administration of the Ministry tested positive after they had contracted the virus from a family member. The Ministry is taking all the necessary measures to isolate the patient and those who came in contact with them. It is also working on the collection of specimens while it calls on all the workers who came in contact with the patient to adhere to home quarantine.
