"الدعم المقدم ساعد على تقديم الخدمات وإرساء برامج تكافح الفساد"


جال وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض ومديرة منظمة الصحة العالمية في إقليم شرق المتوسط الدكتورة حنان بلخي مستشفى الكرنتينا الحكومي ومستودع الكرنتينا المركزي للدواء ومركز الرعاية الأولية في إطار استكمال زيارة بلخي الأولى للبنان منذ تعيينها. شارك في الجولة ممثل منظمة الصحة في لبنان الدكتور عبد الناصر أبو بكر وعدد من مسؤولي المنظمة في شرق المتوسط.

وفي تصريح للوزير الأبيض لفت إلى أهمية زيارة بلخي التي تعكس التعاون الكبير القائم بين وزارة الصحة العامة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية والذي أدى إلى وضع الاستراتيجية الوطنية للصحة التي أطلقت العام الماضي، أضاف أن الجولة على المباني الصحية في الكرنتينا لها رمزية خاصة كون منظمة الصحة العالمية شريكة أساسية للوزارة في تجهيز النظام الصحي والمساعدة على تقديم الخدمات الصحية لجميع القاطنين في لبنان من مواطنين ونازحين ولا سيما وسط الأوضاع الراهنة ونزوح الآلاف من البلدات والقرى الحدودية من جنوب لبنان. وقال الوزير الدكتور الأبيض: "إن أي دعم يقدم للنظام الصحي هو مهم جدا في هذه اللحظة الحرجة من تاريخ لبنان".

ونوه الوزير الأبيض بالدعم الكبير الذي قدمته منظمة الصحة العالمية بالتعاون مع اليونيسف وشركاء آخرين لإعادة بناء المستودع المركزي للدواء بعدما دمر بالكامل خلال انفجار مرفأ بيروت. ولفت إلى أن دعم المنظمة لم يقتصر فقط على إعادة البناء بل شمل تجهيز المستودع بالمكننة اللازمة التي ساعدت على ضبط حركة الدواء وتوزيعه بموازاة أنظمة تتبّع أخرى في مقدمها الـMediTrack الذي يسهم في مكافحة الهدر والتهريب والفساد ويؤسس لزيادة الشفافية في قطاع الدواء.

وجدد وزير الصحة العامة شكره للمنظمة ومسؤوليها بدءًا من مديرها العام الدكتور تادروس غيبريسوس والدكتورة بلخي وممثل المنظمة في لبنان الدكتور أبو بكر وجميع العاملين لوقوفهم الدائم إلى جانب لبنان وشعبه ودعم الحق الأساسي بالوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية اللازمة.

وردا على سؤال في شأن أدوية الأمراض السرطانية والمستعصية أوضح الوزير الأبيض أن هناك كميات من هذه الأدوية في المستودع مرسلة من إيطاليا والبرازيل وفرنسا، إنما تكمن المشكلة في الكميات التي يحتاج إليها لبنان في ظل الإنتشار الكبير لهذا المرض للأسف. وأوضح أن الوزارة تسعى لحل النقص عبر مبادرات ومشاريع وبرامج متعددة سواء بالبروتوكولات التي حددتها الوزارة أم بأنظمة التتبع التي وضعت حدا للفوضى والتهريب الذي كان يعاني منه السوق في السنوات الأخيرة، مؤكدًا أن تأمين هذه الأدوية يبقى في مقدمة أولويات وزارة الصحة العامة.

بدورها أكدت بلخي أن الدعم المادي والتقني الذي تقدمه منظمة الصحة العالمية لا يتوقف، لكنه يحتاج إلى تجديد في ضوء الضغط الذي تشهده الإغاثة الإنسانية في العالم وما أدت إليه الكوارث العالمية من تقليص للدعم لبعض الدول.
