Abiad Signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation with Medical and Pharmacy Student Volunteers

 
 
وقع وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور فراس الأبيض مذكرة تفاهم مع كل من اللجنة الدولية لطلبة الطب LeMISC ممثلة برئيسها الدكتور داني فيصل، واتحاد طلبة الصيدلة في لبنان LPSA ممثلا برئيسه عمر مبسوط تهدف إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين وزارة الصحة العامة والأطباء والصيادلة الراغبين في التطوع لدعم الوزارة في مجالات عملها ولا سيما في قطاع الدواء ومواجهة الوباء ما يساعد على تعويض النقص الحاصل في ظل هجرة مقدمي الرعاية الصحية. جاء ذلك في لقاء حضره نقيب الصيادلة الدكتور جو سلوم ومستشارة وزير الصحة العامة لشؤون التطوع الدكتورة فاطمة مكي وأعضاء في اللجنة الدولية لطلبة الطب واتحاد طلبة الصيدلة في لبنان.
 
الأبيض

وأكد الأبيض في كلمة ألقاها أن "صحة المواطن وتقديم الخدمة الأفضل للمحافظة عليها هما الهدف الذي نلتقي من أجله في وزارة الصحة العامة لتحقيق التعاون في مواجهة الظروف الصعبة الراهنة، والتي تزداد تعقيداتها نتيجة انعكاس هذه الظروف على العاملين في القطاع العام". 
 
وقال: "إن فرصة التعاون مع اللجنة الدولية لطلبة الطب واتحاد طلبة الصيدلة في لبنان وأبنائنا وبناتنا في الجامعات تهدف إلى تحسين الأداء وتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة للمواطن ليس فقط في مشاريع سابقة مستمرة وإنما في مشاريع مستقبلية سوف يعلن عنها وتتعلق خصوصا بموضوعي الدواء والعناية الطبية".
 
واشار الى ان "مستقبل لبنان يرتبط بالدور المناط بالعامل البشري خصوصًا في ظل الهجرة الكبيرة للأطباء والصيادلة والممرضات والممرضين". 
 
وتابع: "ان الأنظار تتجه في هذا المجال إلى الشباب وتلامذة الطب والصيدلة. وتابع أن هؤلاء هم الأمل الذي يكبر عندما يكون التلامذة مستعدين لتقديم وقتهم مجانا خدمة للوطن والمواطن ولتقديم المساعدة في الأزمة التي نمر بها". وأكد أن "ما يجمعنا هو فعل إيمان بمستقبل أفضل لوطننا، فعندما يستمر أبناء الوطن في العمل في سبيله فساعتئذ يكون المستقبل واعدا".
 
وختم شاكرا "كل من عمل على تحقيق المشروع بدءا بالنقابات وفريق العمل في وزارة الصحة العامة لتسهيل عملية التطوع آملا إتساع هذه الثقافة في مختلف الإختصاصات".
 
مبسوط

وكان مبسوط أوضح أن "اتحاد طلاب الصيدلة في لبنان هو جزء من اتحاد طلاب الصيدلة العالمي IPSF ويعمل كصوت وطني جماعي للطلاب والخريجين الجدد في الصيدلة ويهدف إلى إعداد الأعضاء للحياة المهنية ونشر التوعية حول الصحة العامة. وقال إن التعاون مع وزارة الصحة العامة يشتمل على دمج القطاع الشبابي والطلابي بعمل الوزارة لتحقيق نتائج أفضل للصحة العامة، وذلك من خلال تجهيز الأدوية في المستودعات وتتبّع غيرها ونشر الوعي الصحي والمساهمة في التلقيح".
 
وتوجه بالشكر الى الوزير الأبيض "لأنه آمن بقدرات الشباب وشارك معهم رؤيته لنظام صحي أفضل كما شكر فريق وزارة الصحة العامة آملا الوصول إلى نظام صحي قوي وتغطية صحية شاملة للمواطنين".
 
فيصل

من جهته أوضح فيصل أن " LeMISC هي جمعية طلابية غير حكومية غير تابعة لأي جهة سياسية ولا تبغي الربح وتمثل اكثر من ألف وأربعمئة طالب طب من مختلف الكليات وهي تتبع أصلا للإتحاد الدولي للجان طلاب الطب. ويهدف الإتحاد كما اللجنة الدولية إلى نشر قيم الإنسانية بين طلاب الطب وتوحيد جهودهم لخلق حركة طلابية هادفة تدعم طلابها والمجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه دون أي تمييز".
 
وأعلن أن "التعاون بين الطلاب ووزارة الصحة العامة كان قد بدأ في مستشفى رفيق الحريري الجامعي حيث أسهم طلاب الطب الأعضاء في اللجنة الدولية لطلبة الطب في ماراتون التلقيح، ما أظهر قدراتهم والدعم الذي يمكنهم أن يقدموه في الأوقات الصعبة الراهنة. وقال إن الإتفاقية التي يتم التوقيع عليها اليوم نابعة من رغبة وزير الصحة العامة بإشراك الطلاب في مجال الصحة في عمل الوزارة على أصعدة عدة ونابعة من استعداد جمعية LeMISC لدعم الوزارة والعمل معها، وذلك من خلال حملات التوعية والحملات الطبية المجانية والعمل على استراتيجية مواجهة وباء COVID وحملات التلقيح والعمل على الخط الساخن وفي مستودع الأدوية في الكرنتينا". 
 
وأمل "من خلال توحيد الجهود مع الوزارة والزملاء الأعضاء في LPSA الإسهام في تحسين الواقع الصحي والوصول إلى تغطية صحية شاملة".
