MoPH: the Devices at the Sports City are Portable Ventilators, not ICU Ventilators

 
أصدر المكتب الإعلامي في وزارة الصحة العامة بيانا توضيحيا حول ما يتم التداول به في شأن أجهزة التنفس الموجودة في المدينة الرياضية، جاء فيه:

"إن الأجهزة الموجودة في المدينة الرياضية هي أجهزة تنفسية محمولة (Portable Ventilators) تستخدم لنقل المرضى من مكان إلى آخر لمدة محدودة من الوقت لا تتعدى الساعتين.

أما أجهزة التنفس الإصطناعي (ICU Ventilators) التي يحتاج إليها المرضى المصابون بكورونا والذين يعانون من أوضاع صحية حرجة ويتم إدخالهم إلى العناية الفائقة فتركيبتها مختلفة تماما عن الأجهزة المحمولة ولها مواصفات معينة تسمح باستخدامها لساعات متواصلة على مدى أيام متعددة.

كذلك فإن أجهزة التنفس المحمولة مختلفة تماما بمواصفاتها ودورها عن ماكينات الأكسجين التي يتم استخدامها في المنازل.

وفي أي حال، فإن هذه الأجهزة التي تسلمها لبنان من دولة قطر تشكل جزءا من المستشفيات الميدانية التي بدأ تركيبها بالتعاون مع الجيش اللبناني، وسوف تسلم لهذه المستشفيات الميدانية لتأمين نقل المرضى إليها.

وفي هذا السياق، يهم وزارة الصحة العامة التأكيد أن المساعدات الهبات التي تلقتها في الفترة السابقة من أجهزة تنفس محمولة واستلمها الجيش اللبناني قد سلمتها بشكل كامل وفق لوائح الحاجات التي وردتها من المستشفيات، بحيث تم تسليم ثلاثة وثلاثين مستشفى حكوميا، مئة واثنين وعشرين جهازا، وسبعين مستشفى خاصا، مئة وثمانية وسبعين جهازا (اللوائح مرفقة بالتفصيل). وهذا ما يؤكد أن الوزارة لا تسعى على الإطلاق للإحتفاظ بأي جهاز بل إنها سعت للحصول على هبات أتت بمعظمها وبإرادة مقدميها من نوع الأجهزة المحمولة لنقل المرضى وليس أجهزة التنفس الإصطناعي المخصصة للعناية الفائقة والحالات الحرجة. لذا، إقتضى التوضيح."
