Minister Hasan: Shutting Down the Airport is Out of the Question


استقبل رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور حسان دياب في السرايا وزير الصحة حمد حسن الذي قال بعد اللقاء: "أطلعنا دولة الرئيس على آخر الاتصالات الجارية مع شركة فايزر. حصل بعض التأخير في النقاش حول بعض النقاط، بخاصة في مقدمة العقد، فشركة فايزر ونحن لدينا بعض الملاحظات التي يجب أن نأخذها في الاعتبار، منها الحصانة السيادية وعدم وجود قانون نافذ يحمي الشركات المصنعة للأدوية واللقاحات لاستخدام المنتجات بصورة طارئة".

أضاف: "هذه الملاحظات لن تؤثر على موعد وصول اللقاح قبل منتصف شهر شباط المقبل. أما بالنسبة إلى الجدل حول موضوع إقفال البلد والمطار بعد الأعياد، فنقول إنه نتيجة التجارب السابقة وصلنا لخلاصة تؤكد حتمية ملاحقة البؤر الوبائية في المناطق التي تتواجد فيها أعداد إصابات محددة، والعمل على تتبعها ومعالجتها أو إقفال تلك الأماكن، إلى جانب إلزامية وضع الكمامة والتشدد في إجراءات القوى الأمنية. الكورونا المتحولة منتشرة في أكثر من 12 دولة في العالم، والاجراءات المتخذة هي نفسها المطبقة مع الكوفيد-19. أما ما يحكى عن إقفال المطار فهو موضوع خارج النقاش. ما يجب اعتماده هو تطبيق الاجراءات اللازمة التي تتخذها وزارة الصحة بالنسبة إلى الوافدين والمقيمين. فما هو واضح أن لبنان بعد العاشر من كانون الثاني سيسجل ارتفاعا في أعداد الإصابات. إن وزارة الصحة العامة حولت مستحقات المستشفيات كافة، والمطلوب من مدراء المستشفيات الحكومية التزام مسؤولياتهم لنكون قدوة لإسعاف الناس".
