أحال وزير الصحة العامة وائل ابو فاعور الى النائب العام الاستئنافي في جبل لبنان، تقريري دائرة صحة الأم والطفل وطبيب قضاء بعبدا حول وفاة الطفلة جنى حسين ديب في حضانة "ديما" في حي السلم، آملا الاطلاع واتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة. وأصدر قرارا بإقفال الحضانة.
واتخذ أبو فاعور صفة الادعاء الشخصي على كل من يظهره التحقيق متورطاً في موت الطفلة.
