Hasbani Refers the Board of Directors of Al-Bouar Governmental Hospital to the Central Inspection Authority

The Information Office of Deputy Prime Minister Health Minister Ghassan Hasbani issued the following statement:

In an effort to activate Bouar Governmental Hospital and create a suitable environment to revive this health facility and enable it to provide citizens with better services in Kesrwan and Jbeil, Health Minister Ghassan Hasbani referred a file received by the Ministry concerning the Board of Directors of Bouar Hospital after studying it to the Central Inspection Board to inquire into the same and take necessary actions according to laws in force.

Hasbani stressed on the fact that building institutions can only be done through institutions and the implementation of law which reserves the right to take suitable actions against all those who block the work of hospitalization governmental institutions.

This step comes to bring into effect what Health Minister had announced while issuing a decision last Friday on the continuation of the work of Bouar Governmental Hospital Board of Directors until the Council of Ministers constitutes a new Board of Directors in accordance with the decisions of the Council of State and the recommendations of the Civil Status Board and Central Inspection. Health Minister stressed then that his decision does not spare anyone from prosecution and accountability in case legal or financial violations are committed.
