  1. The Government of Lebanon has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lebanon Health Resilience Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Provision of SMS Services.
 
  1. The Ministry of Public Health now invites quotations from eligible Bidders for providing SMS messages as part of the ministry’s communication plan.
 
  1. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
     
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from
