الأبيض في جنيف للمشاركة في اجتماعات الصحة العالمية: مصممون على مواجهة الأزمة المالية باستخدام منظم وشفاف للموارد المتاحة


إستهل وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور فراس الأبيض زيارته إلى جنيف للمشاركة في الجمعية السنوية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية التي تتزامن دورتها الحالية مع المئوية الخامسة والسبعين لتأسيس المنظمة.
 
وشارك الأبيض في سلسلة من الاجتماعات التي انعقدت على هامش الجمعية وأبرزها الدورة التاسعة والخمسون لمجلس وزراء الصحة العرب حيث تركز البحث على إطلاق الإستراتيجية العربية لموازنة صديقة للصحة وسط إيلاء المجلس إهتمامًا خاصًا بدعم القطاع الصحي في الدول العربية التي تمر بأزمات إنسانية، كما دعم الدول المستضيفة للاجئين لتعزيز قدرتها على تقديم الخدمات الصحية لمن يحتاج إليها. 
 
الرقمنة وشفافية توزيع الدواء

كذلك حضر وزير الصحة العامة إجتماع المكتب الإقليمي لشرق المتوسط لمنظمة الصحة العالمية - EMRO ومؤتمر شركات الدواء - LEEM. 
 
وشكل هذا المؤتمر مناسبة تناول فيها الوزير الأبيض الوضع الدقيق لقطاع الصحة في لبنان في ضوء تنامي الحاجات وتقلّص الموارد. وعرض وزير الصحة العامة خريطة الطريق الإستراتيجية التي وضعتها وزارة الصحة العامة سعيًا لتأمين تغطية صحية عادلة، خصوصًا الجهود الحثيثة التي يتم بذلها لتأمين أدوية مرضى السرطان. وقال: "إننا مصممون على مواجهة الأزمة المالية غير المسبوقة التي يشهدها بلدنا باستخدام منظم وشفاف لكل الموارد المتاحة بحيث يتم وضع حد للتسيّب في قطاع الصحة ويحصل على الدواء من يحتاج إليه". 
 
وشرح الأبيض الأنظمة الممكننة التي تطبقها الوزارة لتتبّع حركة عدد وافر من أدوية السرطان والأمراض المستعصية، مؤكدا أن "ما أظهره برنامج التتبّع MediTrack حتى الآن يشجع على المضي قدمًا في الرقمنة لتحقيق المزيد من الشفافية في توزيع الدواء إستنادًا إلى قاعدة معلومات علمية ودقيقة عن المرضى الموجودين في لبنان. وشكر الأبيض للقيمين في LEEM على ما قدموه من هبات أدوية للبنان ساهمت في التخفيف من معاناة المرضى".
 
مشاريع دعم النظم الصحية 

وكانت مشاريع دعم النظم الصحية بالتعاون مع مؤسسة مليندا وبيل غايتس، محور اجتماع عمل عقده الأبيض مع نائب المدير الإقليمي لمنظمة الصحة العالمية لشرق المتوسط الدكتورة رنا الحجي بحضور المدير الإقليمي السابق لمنظمة الصحة العالمية لشرق المتوسط وزير الصحة العراقي السابق الدكتور علاء العلوان. 
 
وسيواصل الأبيض هذا الأسبوع زيارته لجنيف وعلى جدول الأعمال سلسلة من اللقاءات والإجتماعات، ويرافقه وفد رسمي يضم من بين أعضائه طلاب دكتوراه وماجستير في العلوم الصحية كما طلاب طب من جامعات القديس يوسف والأميركية والبلمند تلبية للفرصة المتاحة لمشاركة كليات الصحة والطب في الوفود الرسمية الحاضرة في جمعية الصحة العالمية.
