بالاشارة إلى كتاب السفارة الروسية،والذي يتضمن أن وزارة الصحة الروسية قد وضعت بتصرف وزارة الصحة اللبنانية فرص تدريب مجانية للأطباء الراغبين من كافة الاختصاصات،في الجامعات والمعاهد الروسية.

لذا،وبعد موافقة وزير الصحة الدكتور فراس ابيض،يطلب من الراغبين بمتابعة هذه الدورات،التقدم بطلب إلى مديرية العناية الطبية في وزارة الصحة العامة.
