The MoPH Receives Third Financial Assistance from Qatar Fund For Development

تسلمت وزارة الصحة العامة الدفعة الثالثة من المساعدات، المالية، المقدمة شهرياً من صندوق قطر للتنمية، والتي ستستمر لمدة تسعة شهور. 

تهدف هذه المساعدات إلى تمويل القطاع الصحي في لبنان لشراء مادة المازوت اللازمة للمنشأت الصحية شهرياً. وحتى الآن، تم توزيع حوالي مليون وخمسمئة ألف ليتر من المازوت على العديد من المستشفيات الحكومية ودور الرعاية ومرافق صحية.
 
وتجدر الإشارة أن الصندوق كان قد قدم العديد من المساعدات، لا سيما الطبية، للشعب اللبناني، إذ تعهد صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير قطر، بمبلغ وقدره 50 مليون دولار أميركي لمساعدة ودعم بيروت والشعب اللبناني عقب انفجار مرفأ بيروت، و كان ذلك خلال مؤتمر باريس الدولي في 9 آب/أغسطس 2020.
