Minister Hasan Meets with a Delegation of the Lebanese Pharmaceutical Importers Association

 
 
بحث وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور حمد حسن في أزمة الدواء، مع وفد استقبله في مكتبه في الوزارة، من نقابة مستوردي الأدوية وأصحاب المستودعات في لبنان.

وأوضح عضو مجلس إدارة النقابة مروان حكيم أن "النقاش تمحور حول الحلول السريعة الممكن تأمينها لتوفير الدواء بشكل دائم لكل المواطنين والمقيمين المرضى في لبنان".

وقال: "إن المشاكل التي نعانيها هي تقنية مالية لها علاقة بالتحويلات الواجب أن يصدرها المصرف المركزي إلى الشركات في الخارج، حيث توقفت هذه التحويلات منذ السابع من أيار لشركات الأدوية خارج لبنان.
كذلك تتصل هذه المشاكل بنظام الحصول على الموافقة المسبقة قبل الشحن، والذي وضعه المصرف المركزي، وهو يتطلب إعادة نظر، لأن الاستيراد غير ممكن من دون الموافقة المسبقة والشركات في الخارج لا توافق على الشحن".

أضاف: "في الوقت الحالي هناك أصناف أدوية غير موجودة، وفي حال وجدت أصناف أخرى تكون الكميات ضئيلة وهي تكفي لمدة أسبوعين أو ثلاثة كحد أقصى. إذا لم تحل المشاكل، لن يبقى دواء في لبنان، ومن الضروري حصول تحرك على هذا الصعيد".

ولفت إلى أن "الوزير حسن وعد بإعادة إثارة المسألة مع المصرف المركزي"، وتمنى "أن يباشر المصرف إصدار التحويلات كي توافق الشركات في الخارج على تصدير البضاعة إلى لبنان ويتم تأمين الدواء للمواطنين اللبنانيين".
