Minister Hasan Refers St.Therese and Kabr Chmoun Hospitals to Public Prosecution and Decides to Close a Medical Lab

 
 
أحال وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور حمد حسن على النيابة العامة التمييزية مستشفى سانت تيريز وقبرشمون الحكومي بسبب رفضهما استقبال مريضين في حال حرجة وتقديم الإسعافات اللازمة لهما.

وفي التفاصيل أوضح الوزير حسن "أن مستشفى سانت تيريز رفض استقبال مريض بكورونا أصيب بنوبة قلبية بحجة عدم توافر أسرة ولم يقدم له الفريق الطبي التابع للمستشفى أية إسعافات على الرغم من وضعه الصحي المتأزم ما أدى إلى وفاة المريض أمام باب المستشفى".

وأكد الوزير حسن "قراره فسخ العقد الموقع مع المستشفى "لارتكابه مخالفة واضحة لبنوده". وقال:"كما أن مستشفى قبرشمون رفض استقبال مريضة سرطان مشتبه بإصابتها بكورونا، ولم يقدم لها أية إسعافات على الرغم من وضعها الصحي المتأزم لا بل إن أحد الأطباء بمساعدة من أحد عناصر أمن المستشفى اعتدى بالضرب على طاقم مسعفي الصليب الأحمر اللبناني فوقع شجار وتضارب أدى إلى عدد من الإصابات".

وطلب وزير الصحة العامة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في حق المستشفيين، مؤكدا "أن ما سبق شكل بالدرجة الأولى عملا لاأخلاقيا في المجال الإنساني الطبي كما يعتبر خللا وظيفيا واضحا إضافة إلى كونه جرما جزائيا معاقبا عليه في قانون العقوبات اللبناني".

وقرر وزير الصحة العامة إقفال أحد المختبرات الطبية الخاصة في منطقة المزرعة - بيروت بعدما تأكد مراقبو وزارة الصحة العامة من صحة الشكاوى التي وردت حول إصدار نتائج فحوصات PCR مخالفة للأصول الطبية مما يخالف آداب مهنة المختبرات الطبية.

وقرر الوزير حسن إقفال مركز جمع العينات Drive-Thru/PCR الخاص بالمختبر نهائيا وسحب الإذن الخاص بذلك، ومنع إجراء فحص Covid-PCR في المختبر.
