 وزير الصحة ترأس اجتماع اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة ملف لقاح كورونا: نسعى لتأمينه بطريقة فعالة وآمنة ومضمونة


ترأس وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور حمد حسن بعد ظهر اليوم في وزارة الصحة العامة، اجتماع اللجنة الوطنية التي شكلها لإدارة ملف لقاح COVID-19، بهدف التحضير لآلية إقرار وشراء وتسجيل واستلام وتوزيع اللقاح ورصد الآثار الجانبية ومراقبة سلسلة التبريد وكل ما يتعلق بالحفاظ على جودة اللقاح التي تنوي الوزارة شراءه وضمان وصوله إلى الفئات المستهدفة، إضافة إلى تحديد هذه الفئات حسب الأولوية ووضع آلية للوصول إليها بطريقة عملية وعادلة، وإنشاء نظام مكننة لتتبع عملية التلقيح بتفاصيلها وضمان حصول الفئات المستهدفة على الجرعات المطلوبة لكل فرد مع الفاصل الزمني المحدد بين كل جرعة.

كما بحثت اللجنة في وضع أطر لحملات التوعية في المناطق كافة وأسس للبرامج التدريبية اللازمة للفرق العاملية المشاركة في عملية التلقيح.

شارك في اجتماع اللجنة عن بُعد رئيسها الدكتور عبد الرحمن البزري ورئيسة برنامج سليم الحص للأخلاقيات في الجامعة الأميركية الدكتورة تاليا عراوي التي قدمت عرضا تقنيا تناولت فيه الأولويات الواجب اعتمادها في توزيع اللقاح. كما حضر مدير مكتب وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور حسن عمار وعدد من أعضاء اللجنة.

وفي ختام الإجتماع الذي دام ساعتين، تحدث الوزير حسن مؤكدا أن "النقاش الحاصل علمي وتقني وبقدر عال من المسؤولية بهدف تأمين اللقاح الذي ستعتمده المرجعيات الصحية العالمية وذلك بعيدا عن أي جانب إستثماري أو اقتصادي".

وأعلن في هذا السياق أن "وزارة الصحة المهتمة بمعرفة مدى قبول الرأي العام للقاح عممت إستمارة إلكترونية أظهرت نتائجها الأولية أن خمسين في المئة من المشاركين في الدراسة قلقون من اللقاح، و51 في المئة قلقون من آثاره الجانبية".

وأكد الوزير حسن أن "ما تقوم به وزارة الصحة العامة من خلال اللجنة العلمية المشكلة لإدارة ملف اللقاح يشكل استجابة لهواجس الناس، حيث تسعى اللجنة إلى تأمينه بالطريقة الفعالة والآمنة والمضمونة من المرجعيات الصحية العالمية، فضلا عن الدخول في أدق التفاصيل لتحديد الفئات التي يجب تلقيحها بشكل أولي وتباعا، خصوصًا أن اللقاح سيصل على دفعات، ويحتاج إلى ظروف حفظ مناسبة".

وشدد على أن "اللجنة العلمية على تواصل وثيق مع شركائها في المنظمات الدولية: منظمة الصحة العالمية واليونيسف والبنك الدولي ومفوضية شؤون اللاجئين وغيرها بهدف عرض خطة عملها في موضوع اللقاح منوهًا بالعرض الخاص الذي تم تقديمه حول الأولويات الواجب اعتمادها في توزيع ممنهج للقاح لضمان العدالة الصحية".

وأكد أنه "لا يدلي بمعلومات للاستهلاك الإعلامي بل ينطلق من معطيات علمية تستند إلى استراتيجية وخطة واضحة"، وتمنى على "الأطباء سواء كانوا اختصاصيين أم لا أن يتركوا للجنة العلمية الإختصاصية الإعلان عن الإستراتيجية والتوقيت، مع الإستفادة من آرائهم"، وقال: "فلنترك في ملف من الملفات الواعدة للمجتمع اللبناني مكانًا للحيز الحقيقي من الأمن الصحي الذي نسعى إليه".

وجدد الوزير حسن القول إن "الاتفاق مع فايزر يقضي بالحصول على اللقاح في الربع الأول من العام المقبل أي في موعد أقصاه نهاية آذار، ولكن المتوقع حسب عقد الإتفاق مع فايزر أن يتم استلام اللقاح في منتصف شباط مع احتمال تقريب الموعد أو تأخيره أسبوعين".

أضاف: "ان وزارة الصحة العامة تتجه لتحقيق الأمان الصحي من خلال لقاح فايزر أو غيره، لأنها لن تمنع القطاع الخاص من الإستثمار في قطاع اللقاحات تحت مراقبة الوزارة لتأمين أكبر تغطية للمجتمع اللبناني".

وختم متوجها إلى المواطنين، داعيا إياهم إلى "عدم التراخي والإستمرار في الإلتزام بإجراءات الوقاية المطلوبة للحفاظ على صحتهم".
