The Presidency of the Central Inspection commends the collaborative efforts of the Minister of Public Health Dr. Hamad Hasan in terms of the implementation of the guidance of the Central Inspection, according to which the hospitals under contract with the Ministry of Public Health are called on to abide by the content of the contract signed with it. The contracted hospitals are in particular bound to provide the patients with the necessary healthcare services without imposing on them any additional charges, other than those agreed upon in the said contract. Legal measures will be taken against the hospitals that fail to abide by the contract.
