Jabak Addressing the Conference in Oman: The Lebanese Health Care Sector has Achieved progress in attaining the SDG target on NCDs

 
كلام الوزير جبق جاء خلال إلقائه كلمة لبنان في خلال الاجتماع العالمي لمنظمة الصحة العالمية بشأن الأمراض غير السارية والصحة النفسية المنعقد في العاصمة العمانية.
 
وقال الوزير جبق إن لبنان تجاوز العديد من الأخطار التي واجهته في السنوات الأخيرة ولا سيما أعباء النزوح مع بلوغ عدد النازحين في السنوات القليلة الفائتة حوالى نصف الشعب اللبناني. أضاف أن وزارة الصحة العامة تمكنت بواسطة الجهود الجبارة التي بذلها فريق العمل بمواكبة محدودة من الدول المانحة، من إنجاز العديد من الخطوات الإيجابية والمتقدمة ولا سيما تلك المتصلة بتحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية المتعلقة بالأمراض غير الإنتقالية بما فيها الأمراض النفسية.
 
ونوّه وزير الصحة العامة في هذا المجال بدور النظام الذي تطبقه وزارة الصحة العامة في تعزيز الرعاية الصحية الأولية وبناء شبكة متماسكة من المراكز الصحية بالتعاون مع مؤسسات القطاع الأهلي والتي تقدم رزماً صحية من الخدمات الأساسية الوقائية والعلاجية للمواطنين بحسب العمر والجنس لتتكامل مع ما تقدمه المستشفيات بهدف الوصول في مرحلة لاحقة الى تغطية صحية شاملة.

وقد أنهى المؤتمر أعماله بحفل ختامي انبثقت من خلاله  دعوة إلى العمل، من شأنها أن تسهم في تنفيذ إعلان الأمم المتحدة السياسي الرفيع المستوى لعام 2018 بشأن الأمراض غير السارية وإعلان الأمم المتحدة السياسي الرفيع المستوى لعام 2019 بشأن التغطية الصحية الشاملة، مع دعم البلدان لبلوغ أهداف التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030.
