Jabak's Media Office: A Young Child from Tripoli to Receive Medical Care at the Expense of the Ministry of Public Health

 
أوضح المكتب الاعلامي لوزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال جميل جبق في بيان، أنه "فور ورود خبر من مدينة طرابلس يفيد بضرورة المساعدة في تأمين استشفاء مناسب للطفل يحيى محمد قباني وهو في حال طارئة وحرجة، تبعه عرض للحالة على إحدى القنوات التلفزيونية اللبنانية خلال بث مباشر، بادر المستشار الاعلامي لوزير الصحة العامة محمد عياد الى الاتصال بالقناة على الهواء مباشرة وتأكيد المساعدة إلى الحد الأقصى وفي أسرع وقت لإنقاذ حياة الطفل ونقله إلى المستشفى الممكن والمناسب للحالة".

وأشار البيان الى أنه "تولى المتابعة مستشار وزير الصحة لشؤون الإستشفاء ذو الفقار المولى ومدير العناية الطبية في وزارة الصحة الدكتور جوزيف الحلو مع عدد من مستشفيات طرابلس للغاية. وأدخل إلى المستشفى الإسلامي الخاص حيث أجريت له الفحوصات اللازمة والصور الشعاعية المطلوبة لكن تعذر إدخاله لإجراء العملية الجراحية ومستلزماتها لعدم وجود قسم خاص بعناية الأطفال، ومن ثم نقل إلى مستشفى طرابلس الحكومي. ولخصوصية الحالة ومضاعفاتها، تم نقله بشكل عاجل إلى مستشفى الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت للعلاج على نفقة وزارة الصحة بواسطة الصليب الأحمر اللبناني".

حادث الصدم

وأعلن البيان أنه "في ما خص الشاب ربيع نجى الذي تعرض للصدم من سيارة على الطريق المؤدي إلى مجلس النواب، فقد تم استقباله في طوارىء مستشفى المقاصد، وأجريت له الفحوصات والصور الشعاعية. لكن، حصلت جلبة إعلامية غير مبررة سببها بعض المغالطات، حيث تبين أن الشاب عولج وخرج لكن المشكلة كانت حول الإستحصال على تقرير من طبيب شرعي، باعتبار أن من يجب أن يدفع تكلفة العلاج هو الجهة الصادمة بموجب التأمين الإلزامي والقوانين المرعية الإجراء التي لا تلزم وزارة الصحة. رغم ذلك، تواصل مستشار الوزير مع المستشفى من أجل تأمين المساعدة في تخفيض الكلفة".
