  1. The Government of Lebanon has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lebanon Health Resilience Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of Vaccine Accessories.
  2. The Ministry of Public Health now invites quotations from eligible Bidders to procure Vaccine Accessories for the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) within a period of 4-6 weeks.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

  1. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written request to the address below. The document will be sent by electronic mail.
  2.  Bids must be delivered electronically or by hand to the address below on or before Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 13:00 local time. Late Bids will be rejected.
