صدر عن حاكم مصرف لبنان البيان الآتي:
 
سيقوم حاكم مصرف لبنان بتسديد الاعتمادات والفواتير التي ستقدّم إلى مصرف لبنان من قبل المصارف والتي تتعلّق بالأدوية، لا سيّما أدوية الأمراض المزمنة والمستعصية، وفقاً للأولويات التي تحدّدها وزارة الصحة العامة استناداً إلى قرار الحكومة المبلّغ إليه يوم الجمعة في 2 تموز 2021 ضمن مبلغ لا يتعدّى أربعماية مليون دولار يغطّي أيضاً مستوردات أخرى بما فيها الطحين بما يضمن احترام نسبة التوظيفات الإلزامية.
