President Aoun Meets with the Lebanese and Iraqi Ministers of Health


الرئيس عون التقى وزير الصحة العراقي: حريصون على تعزيزعلاقات التعاون
العلوان: ممتنون للرغبة في تقوية التعاون والعمل مع القطاعات العراقية كافة


أكد رئيس الجمهورية العماد ميشال عون "حرص لبنان على تعزيز علاقات التعاون بين لبنان والعراق في المجالات كافة"، وابلغ وزير الصحة العراقي علاء العلوان الذي استقبله قبل ظهر اليوم في قصر بيت الدين، ترحيبه بـ "التعاون بين البلدين في المجالين الاستشفائي والصحي، والتنسيق في مجال الاستفادة من الخبرات الطبية والعلمية اللبنانية للمساعدة في نهضة القطاع الصحي العراقي الذي مني بأضرار نتيجة الاحداث التي شهدها العراق خلال الأعوام الماضية".

وخلال اللقاء الذي حضره وزير الصحة جميل جبق، شدد الرئيس عون على "التطور الذي حققته صناعة الادوية في لبنان، بالاضافة الى التقدم العلمي الجامعي في المجالين الصحي والطبي، مؤكدا استعادة الكوادر الطبية اللبنانية في هذا المجال".

وحمل الرئيس عون الوزير العراقي تحياته الى الرئيس العراقي برهم صالح وتمنياته له بالتوفيق، وللشعب العراقي الشقيق الامن والاستقرار والازدهار.

العلوان

وبعد اللقاء، ادلى الوزير العلوان بتصريح الى الاعلاميين قال فيه: "تشرفنا اليوم بلقاء فخامة الرئيس اثناء زيارتنا الى الجمهورية اللبنانية، ويسرنا كثيرا الدعم المطلق لفخامته بالنسبة الى كل ما سيؤدي الى تقوية التعاون بين العراق ولبنان في المجال الصحي. ولقد تحدثنا بشكل سريع عن آفاق التعاون لا سيما لجهة إعادة بناء القطاع الصحي في العراق وتقوية التعاون في كافة المجالات بين القطاع الصحي في لبنان والعراق. وقد ابدى فخامته الدعم الكامل لهذا التعاون ليس فقط في القطاع الصحي. ونحن ننقل رغبة فخامته في تقوية التعاون والعمل المشترك في كافة القطاعات في العراق، ونحن ممتنون جدا لفخامته بالنسبة الى هذا الامر، والى معالي وزير الصحة لهذه الدعوة الكريمة".

أضاف: "نحن نتحدث عن تنفيذ مذكرة التفاهم بين العراق ولبنان. وان شاء الله في ختام هذه الزيارة ستكون لدينا خطة تنفيذية نبدأ بتنفيذها في اقرب وقت ممكن".

جبق

وقال الوزير جبق: "تشرفنا بزيارة فخامة رئيس الجمهورية مع الوفد العراقي برئاسة السيد وزير الصحة العراقي، ووضعنا فخامة الرئيس في اجواء كافة بنود مذكرة التفاهم التي تم الاتفاق عليها مع الدولة العراقية. وسوف نبدأ بتنفيذ هذه المذكرة لما فيه مصلحة الشعبين العراقي واللبناني. وأود أن أعلن من هنا أننا وضعنا خطا ساخنا هو 1214 المقسم 3 للاخوة العراقيين الموجودين في لبنان بداعي الاستشفاء والعلاج، لمواجهة اي مشكلة يمكن ان تعترضهم. ويكفي ان يتصلوا على هذا الرقم لمعالجة ما يمكن ان يواجهوه على صعيد الاستشفاء في لبنان".

أضاف: "سنعمل على بلورة ما تضمنته المذكرة التي وضعناها مع الدولة العراقية، لنصل الى نتائج قريبة جدا على صعيد صناعة الدواء وتصديره الى العراق، وتصدير الكوادر الطبية والمهنية، وذلك لمساعدة العراق الشقيق بكل الامكانيات الموجودة في لبنان".
