الأبيض خلال اجتماع تنسيقي مع اليونيسف: ماضون قدمًا في دعم مراكز الرعاية
وبيجبيدير ينوه بالتقدم المحرز في تطوير القطاع الصحي العام


عقد وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الابيض إجتماعًا تنسيقيًا موسعًا مع  ممثل منظمة اليونيسيف في لبنان ادوارد بيجبيدير يرافقه وفد من المنظمة بحضور عدد من المعنيين في وزارة الصحة العامة.

وتم البحث في ما تم تنفيذه من خطة 2023 لدعم مراكز الرعاية الأولية والتي وضعت بالتعاون بين اليونيسف ووزارة الصحة العامة إضافة إلى خطة عمل 2024 وأولوياتها وسائر البرامج المشتركة الجاري تنفيذها والمستقبلية.

وأبدى الوزير الأبيض إرتياحه لما تم تحقيقه من تقدم كبير وسط ظروف شديدة الصعوبة ما أضفى على هذا التقدم أهمية مضاعفة. وشدد على حاجة لبنان للمضي قدمًا في تأمين مستوى جيد ومستدام لخدمات مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية على أساس مؤشرات واضحة ودقيقة، مؤكدًا أهمية الرقمنة في هذا المجال ولافتًا إلى وجوب إدراجها من ضمن أولويات الخطط المرتبطة بالنظام الصحي.

ونوه وزير الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع اليونيسف والذي يشكل دعمًا مستمرًا وأساسيًا في ظل ما يعانيه لبنان ونظامه الصحي من محدودية في الموارد.

كذلك لفتت بيجبيدير الى التزام اليونيسف دعم وزارة الصحة العامة والخطط المناسبة للمساهمة الفعالة بتنمية القطاع الصحي. وشكر الدكتور الأبيض على ما يظهره من تعاون وثيق مثنيًا على التقدم الذي أحرزه في تطوير القطاع الصحي العام في لبنان.

برامج االتعاون

وتشمل برامج التعاون بين وزارة الصحة العامة واليونيسف مجالات متعددة لدعم القطاع الصحي أبرزها تطوير مراكز الرعاية الأولية والإهتمام بالأم والطفل وحديثي الولادة فضلا عن روزنامة التحصين المتكامل وبرنامج تغذية الطفل وتنميته.
