Minister Abiad Met with the President of the Order of Nurses in Lebanon

 
الابيض إستقبل نقيبة الممرضات والممرضين: وزارة الصحة داعمة لحقوق العاملين في القطاع التمريضي
 
 
استقبل وزير الصحة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور فراس الابيض في مكتبه نقيبة الممرضات والممرضين، الدكتورة ريما ساسين قازان مع وفد من اعضاء مجلس النقابة.

وتناول البحث موضوع رواتب العاملين في القطاع التمريضي، والتي لا تكفي احتياجاتهم في ظل هذه الظروف المعيشية الصعبة، مما دفع بالعديد منهم الى الهجرة، وبصورة غير مسبوقة، بحثا عن ظروف عمل افضل وعن استقرار اقتصادي واجتماعي.
 
وأكد الوزير الابيض " تضامن وزارة الصحة العامة مع الممرضات والممرضين، ودعمها التام لحقوقهم، وبخاصة انهم يشكلون حجر الاساس في صمود القطاع الصحي". وشدد " ان بقاء العاملين الكفوئين في القطاع التمريضي، في لبنان، ضمانة لاستمرارية الخدمات الصحية وبجودة عالية".

وانتهى اللقاء بالاتفاق على بحث هذا الموضوع مع الأطراف المعنية كافة، ومناقشة الحد الأدنى لأجور الممرضات والممرضين واحتساب جزء منها وفق تعرفة متحركة تواكب التغييرات في سعر الصرف.
