The Lab Results of the Passengers on the Planes from Istanbul and Kinshasa
The Ministry of Public Health announces that one passenger out of the 122 Lebanese expatriates who flew in to the country yesterday from Istanbul tested positive for COVID-19.
Another passenger will be retested within the coming two days to confirm whether the result is positive or negative.
The passenger whose test result returned positive will be transferred to the hospital. Those who tested negative are urged to strictly comply with home-quarantine, and they will be daily followed up on by the ministry. Any person who shows symptoms will be sent to the hospital and retested.
The test results of all 125 passengers on board the flight from Kinshasa returned negative.
