بيان من الصحة حول وفاة طفلة في إحدى الحضانات في قضاء كسروان

 
صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي في وزارة الصحة العامة البيان التالي:

فور تبلغ وزارة الصحة بخبر وفاة طفلة في احدى الحضانات، توجه وفد من دائرة الأم والطفل في الوزارة وطبابة قضاء كسروان إلى الحضانة وابلغها بناء على توجيهات وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور ركان ناصر الدين قرار الاقفال الفوري.

وأحال الدكتور ركان ناصر الدين الملف إلى الجهات المختصة لفتح تحقيق وتحديد ملابسات الحادث المؤسف.

وتترقب الوزارة نتائج التحقيقات الطبية والقضائيّة لإجراء المقتضى وتقرير الخطوات اللاحقة.
