مديرية الوقاية الصحية ترفض الإتهامات العشوائية وتدعو لمراجعة القوانين

 
صدر عن مديرية الوقاية الصحية في وزارة الصحة العامة البيان التالي:

تعقيبا على معلومات يتم التداول بها إعلاميًا حول وجود بيض ملوث في الأسواق وإصدار اتهامات عشوائية في غير مكانها، يهم المديرية أن تدعو وسائل الإعلام إلى تحديد المسؤوليات بناء على القوانين المرعية الإجراء ولا سيما القرار الصادر عن وزارة الزراعة رقم 553/1 تاريخ 19/6/2012 المتعلق بتسجيل مسالخ الدواجن والشروط الصحية والفنية الخاصة بها، وقانون حماية المستهلك رقم 659.

وفي المقابل، تؤكد المديرية أن المراقبين الصحيين وأطباء الأقضية يقومون بمهامهم بحسب مرسوم تنظيم وزارة الصحة العامة 8377/ 1961 بما يضمن سلامة الغذاء حيث أُثبتت وزارة الصحة العامة أنها لا تتهاون باتخاذ الإجراءات العقابية عندما تدعو الحاجة وبحسب صلاحياتها.
