إستراتيجية الصحة النفسية واستخدام المواد للإدمان ٢٠١٥-٢٠٢٠

 
اطلقت وزارة اﻟﺼﺤّﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ، ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺎون ﻣﻊ ﻣﻨﻈﻤّﺔ اﻟﺼﺤّﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﯿﺔ، واﻟﯿﻮﻧﯿﺴﻒ واﻟﮭﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻄﺒّﯿﺔ، في ١٤ ايار ٢٠١٥ إﺳﺘﺮاﺗﯿﺠﯿّﺔ وﻗﺎﯾﺔ، ﺗﻌﺰﯾﺰ وﻋﻼج اﻟﺼﺤّﺔ اﻟﻨﻔﺴﯿّﺔ واﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻤﺴﺒﺒﺔ ﻟﻺدﻣﺎن ﻓﻲ ﻟﺒﻨﺎن ﺑﮭﺪف ﺿﻤﺎن إﻣﻜﺎﻧﯿّﺔ وﺻﻮل ﺟﻤﯿﻊ ﺳﻜﺎن ﻟﺒﻨﺎن اﻟﻰ اﻟﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﺼﺤّﯿﺔ اﻟﻨﻔﺴﯿّﺔ ذات اﻟﺠﻮدة اﻟﻌﺎﻟﯿﺔ.


مع الرؤية بأن سينعم كل سكان لبنان بفرصة التمتع بأفضل صحة نفسية ورفاه ممكنين:

تهدف هذه الاستراتيجية الى تطوير نظام مستدام للصحة النفسية يضمن توفير وإمكانية الوصول الشامل الى الخدمات العلاجية والوقائية العالية الجودة في مجال الصحة النفسية، من خلال نهج عالي المردود، مبني على الأدلة العلمية ومتعدد الاختصاصات، مع التشديد على إشراك المجتمع، إستمرارية الرعاية، حقوق الإنسان والثقافة المحلية.

إن وﺛﯿﻘﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﺮاﺗﯿﺠﯿّﺔ اﻟﺤﺎﻟﯿﺔ ھﻲ ﺣﺼﯿﻠﺔ ﺟﮭﻮد ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻛﺔ ﺟﻤﻌﺖ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺠﮭﺎت اﻟﻔﺎﻋﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎل اﻟﺼﺤﺔ اﻟﻨﻔﺴﯿّﺔ واﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻤﺴﺒﺒﺔ ﻟﻺدﻣﺎن ﻓﻲ ﻟﺒﻨﺎن ﻓﻀﻼً ﻋﻦ اﻟﺨﺒﺮاء اﻟﺪوﻟﯿﯿﻦ. وﻟﻘﺪ ﻣﺮّت اﻻﺳﺘﺮاﺗﯿﺠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻀﻢّ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻷوﻟﻮﯾّﺎت اﻟﻮﻃﻨﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﺪّدة ﻣﻦ ﺟﺎﻧﺐ اﻟﺠﮭﺎت اﻟﻔﺎﻋﻠﺔ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﯿّﺔ ﺑﻤﺮاﺣﻞ ﻋﺪﯾﺪة ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺸﺎور اﻧﺘﮭﺖ ﺑﺎﺟﺘﻤﺎع ﺗﻮاﻓﻘﻲ وﻃﻨﻲ ﻋُﻘﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻧﯿﺴﺎن/اﺑﺮﯾﻞ ﺑﮭﺪف اﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﯿﻐﺘﮭﺎ اﻟﻨﮭﺎﺋﯿﺔ.
