وزارة الصحة تعلن إقفال صيدلية واحالة ١٣ شركة مستوردة للمستلزمات على النيابة العامة

 
صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي في وزارة الصحة العامة البيان التالي:

" اقفلت وزارة الصحة العامة، الثلاثاء 15 أيار الحالي، صيدلية في منطقة البوشرية العقارية- قضاء المتن، بالشمع الاحمر، بموجب القرار رقم ٢٣/١/٢٨٢ الصادر عن وزير الصحة العامة، وذلك بعد ان ثبُت قيام الصيدلي بالعديد من المخالفات المهنية والمسلكية، من أبرزها، التلاعب في أسعار الادوية وبيعها بسعر اعلى من مؤشر اسعار الادوية الصادر عن وزارة الصحة العامة. وتهيب وزارة الصحة أية صيدلية لا تلتزم الاسعار الصادرة عنها وتقوم بالتلاعب بأسعار الادوية بأنها ستتعرض للملاحقة القانونية وينفذ بحقها اشد العقوبات.

كما أحالت وزارة الصحة 13 شركة مستوردة للمستلزمات الطبية على النيابة العامة المالية بتُهم مختلفة ابرزها:
 
  • مخالفة سقوف الارباح المنصوص عليها في القرارات النافذة، وبيعها خلافاً للحد الاقصى للربح المحدد لها حسب القرارات المرعية الاجراء.
  • تحقيق ارباح غير مشروعة، عبر تضخيم اسعار بلد المنشأ، وذلك بالتواطؤ بين الشركات المستوردة للمستلزمات والمصانع في بلد المنشأ.
  • ادخال مستلزمات طبية غير مسجلة وفق الاصول وغير مستوردة عبر وزارة الصحة وادخالها بطريقة غير شرعية الى الاراضي اللبنانية.
  • بيع مستلزمات طبية الى المستشفيات عبر شركات وسيطة، وليس بصورة مباشرة الى المستشفى، بهدف كسب ارباح غير مشروعة.

واستناداً الى نتائج التحقيقات، ستقوم وزارة الصحة العامة باتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة بحق هذه الشركات. 

وتشدد الوزارة على جميع المستشفيات بضرورة الالتزام بنظام التتبع الممكنن الخاص بالمستلزمات الطبية، وعدم شراء أي مستلزم طبي غير مسجل في وزارة الصحة العامة، وذلك تحت طائلة الملاحقة القانونية".
