الآلية التنفيذية لماراتون أسترازينيكا السبت

 
تعلن وزارة الصحة العامة عن "تفاصيل الآلية التنفيذية لليوم المفتوح للتلقيح بعنوان "ماراتون أسترازينيكا" والذي يبدأ في عدد من المراكز المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصحة العامة في مختلف المحافظات اللبنانية، في الثامنة من صباح السبت المقبل الواقع فيه التاسع والعشرين من أيار لغاية السادسة مساء.

بموجب ذلك:
  • يحق أخذ اللقاح لكل مقيم على الأراضي اللبنانية من عمر 30 لغاية 65 عاما.
  • في حال كان الشخص المعني مسجلا على المنصة الخاصة باللقاحات، عليه إحضار مستند التعريف المستخدم في عملية التسجيل.
  • وفي حال لم يكن مسجلا، من الواجب إحضار أي من الأوراق الثبوتية التالية: هوية - جواز سفر - إخراج قيد فردي أو أي مستند تعريف حيث سيقوم المركز بالمساعدة على التسجيل.
