نائب رئيس اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر: عامل أساسي لاستعادة الأمل


وقع وزير الصحة العامة د. جميل جبق على مذكرة تفاهم وتعاون مع اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر ممثلة بنائب رئيس البعثة في لبنان بابلو برشيلسي Pablo Percelsi من أجل تعزيز خدمات الأطراف الإصطناعية للأشخاص المعوّقين.

وفي تصريح أدلى به أبدى الوزير جبق تقديره لهذا التعاون الإضافي مع الصليب الأحمر لأنه سيؤمن تبادلا للخبرات بما يصب في مصلحة من هم بحاجة للأطراف الإصطناعية. ونوه وزير الصحة العامة بما يقوم به الصليب الأحمر من أعمال إنسانية في لبنان، مؤكدًا أن وزارة الصحة تتطلع للمزيد من التعاون المشترك.

بدوره قال برشيلسي إن اللجنة الدولية سعيدة بالتوقيع على مذكرة التفاهم خصوصا أن الأطراف الإصطناعية عامل أساسي لإعادة الأمل والكرامة للأشخاص الذين يفقدون جزءًا من أعضائهم إنما تبقى الحياة متاحة لهم. وأكد أن البرنامج الجديد يعكس استمرار التعاون مع وزارة الصحة شاكرًا للوزير جبق ما يقدمه من دعم في هذا المجال.

مذكرة التفاهم

وتنص مذكرة التفاهم على دعم لبنان في وضع معايير خدمات الأطراف الإصطناعية والتقويم من خلال دراسة مرجعية حول المعايير الدولية التي ستسهّل الوصول إلى معينات وأجهزة التنقل والتكنولوجيا المساعدة. وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى إتاحة خدمات الأطراف الإصطناعية والتقويم في لبنان بالإمتثال إلى معايير منظمة الصحة العالمية للأطراف الإصطناعية والتقويم (2017). يتوقع أن يفضي المشروع إلى بيان مرجعي لخدمات الأطراف الإصطناعية وأجهزة التقويم في لبنان ما سيؤدي إلى تقرير إقليمي حول تطوير القطاع.
