الاهداف - تعزيز الابلاغ عن الامراض من قبل المستوصفات والمراكز الصحية والوحدات الطبية الميدانية
- متابعة تطور حدوث الامراض الانتقالية حسب الزمان والمكان والافراد
- الكشف المبكر عت الانذارات الوبائية بغية التحقق منها والاستجابة لها

- المراكز الصحية والمستوصفات التابعة لوزارة الشوؤن الاجتماعية
- المراكز الصحية والمستوصفات الحكومية الاخرى
