Acute Flaccid Paralysis / Polio Surveillance Report تقرير حول ترصد الشلل الرخو الحاد وشلل الاطفال
Report of “2025-03-07”

In 2025, the number of reported AFP reached 20 patients with acute flaccid paralysis. The non-polio AFP rate reached 6.22 per 100000 under 15 years. Following investigation, 0 wild polio and 1 vaccine derived was detected. The timely notification within 7 days from onset was 95%. The timely collection of stool samples within 14 days from onset was 90%. The timely investigation within 48 hours from notification was 100%. Among the reported cases, 80 % were Lebanese and 20 % were Syrian.

خلال عام 2024، تم الابلاغ عن 20 حالة شلل رخو حاد . وبلغت نسبة الكشف عن حالات الشلل الرخو الحاد 6.22 لكل مئة الف طفل دون 15 سنة. بناء لمعطيات التقصي، لم يتم الكشف عن حالات شلل اطفال ( 0 للفيروس البري و 1 للفيروس المتحور من اللقاح). بلغت نسبة الابلاغ ضمن 7 ايام من ظهور العوارض 95%. اما نسبة جمع عينات ملائمة ضمن 14 يوم من ظهور العوارض فبلغت 90%. وبلغت نسبة مباشرة التقصي ضمن 48 ساعة من الابلاغ 100%. من بين حالات الشلل الرخو الحاد، 80 % من الجنسية اللبنانية و 20 % من الجنسية السورية.
